One of 27 Variable Message Board signs installed by Hinck as part of its 25 million dollar Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) upgrade of the Southern State Parkway which additionally  included the installation of over a half a million feet of fiber optic cable, 5 communication nodes, 12 Pole mounted Video Cameras, and 95 video image detection devices (VIDS).
